Hi I'm Ian.
Like many people I struggled to get in shape. Being a personal trainer I used the old adage 'eat less, exercise more' for years.
In fact, I tried multiple diets, keto, paleo, vegetarianism (I couldn't face vegan)...with little success.
Exercise-wise I was no slacker.
I had many high level weight lifting and exercises class qualifications to my name, as well as playing competitive sport, I was exercising in excess of 10hrs a week.
Yet I was struggling...
Like most people I'd lose weight, sometimes a lot, but it came back, with interest and it was all the harder to lose it the next time around.

Then I was introduced to a man called Charles Poliquin. Charles was a world class strength coach with multiple medalled Olympic and World champion athletes to his name.
He had created a way to understand how fat loss and muscle gain was linked to hormonal balance.
I was like, WHAT!!!!
In my entire career, nobody had mentioned hormonal balance being connected to fat loss and results in the gym.
It was my holy s%#t! moment.
A massive piece of the puzzle was missing!
I had finally found something that could identify why I was holding onto fat and what specific (to me) diet, exercise, lifestyle and supplement changes I needed to make to get myself looking and feeling my best.
Since then I have been able to maintain good health and with relative ease a body that I'm proud of.
